A luxury resort in the Middle East approached us to create a fully themed indoor playground that would match their family-centric brand identity. They needed a safe, multi-level indoor attraction capable of serving high-traffic vacation seasons while delivering an immersive experience for children.
The project was branded internally as JoyArena Overseas because it required international collaboration, offshore manufacturing, and on-site engineering support.
The resort’s management explained several issues with their old play facility:
Outdated soft-play structures that no longer attracted premium family guests
Safety complaints due to loose padding and worn components
No consistent theme, making the area feel disconnected from the resort brand
High heat and humidity, which damaged metal frames and plastic materials
A need for themed customization that ordinary suppliers could not provide
They wanted a one-of-a-kind indoor playground that would become a signature attraction for the resort.
1. Need for a Fully Custom Theme
The resort required an “Arabian Sky Kingdom” theme—clouds, towers, flying carpets, and whimsical shapes.

Even indoors, humidity levels reached 79%, which could cause corrosion and mold growth.
